This document, the BlazesHosting Terms of Service Agreement, outlines the specific rules and regulations governing the use of our products, software, services, and web pages. General

By using BlazesHosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which include our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. These Terms take effect when you place an order or make a payment for our services.

These Terms exist independently of any other agreements between BlazesHosting and the customer. However, if a separate written agreement between BlazesHosting and the customer conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement will take precedence.

You may only use our services if you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not prohibited from receiving services under the laws of your country.

Privacy

Notice: If you create an account but fail to comply with these Terms, you will not be eligible for a refund. Before taking any action against your account, we will notify you via email or support ticket and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Privacy
The customer understands and agrees to the Privacy Policy provided by blazeshosting.

Acceptable Uses of the Service
The customer understands and agrees to abide by the Acceptable Use Policy provided by blazeshosting.

Refund Policy
The customer understands and agrees that by ordering a service, they are bound by the Refund Policy.

Customer Support
The customer understands that support provided by blazeshosting is on an as is, as available basis. blazeshosting makes no guarantees that support will be available or able to resolve a customer’s problem.

Terms of Service

Service Activation  
Customers will receive their Seedbox account within approximately 1 hour to 3 working days. If the account has not been received within this timeframe, customers are required to open a support ticket for assistance.

Service Expiry and Termination  
We will notify customers via WhatsApp, Shopee Chat, or the platform where they purchased our services regarding service expiration and send reminders accordingly. If there is no response from the customer and no payment is received within 3 days after the service expiry date, the service will be automatically terminated.

Data Backup Responsibility  
We do not provide any backup services. Customers are responsible for creating and maintaining their own backups to prevent data loss.

Customer Responsibility  
Customers are responsible for ensuring timely payments to avoid service interruptions. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from service termination due to non-payment.

Support and Communication  
For any inquiries or issues related to service activation, billing, or termination, customers should reach out through our official support channels.

Amendments to Terms  
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Customers are encouraged to review this document periodically for updates.

Prices & Specifications
BlazesHosting reserves the right to modify prices, storage allocations, network speeds, data transfer limits, and computational resources for all services at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect as determined by BlazesHosting and may apply to both new and existing customers.

Fair Use Policy
BlazesHosting users must utilize assigned resources responsibly, ensuring fair usage that does not disrupt or interfere with other users within the same environment. If a user is found to be abusing resources, BlazesHosting reserves the right to take corrective action, including reclaiming the misused resources without prior notice.

BlazesHosting is not liable for any losses incurred by customers due to such enforcement actions, and no refunds will be issued for payments made.

Users of BlazesHosting services agree to maintain fair and ethical usage, avoiding any actions that negatively impact other users' ability to receive their entitled level of service.

The term “unlimited” refers to unmetered usage, not unrestricted usage. BlazesHosting reserves the right to impose necessary restrictions to ensure fair access to resources for all users. These restrictions may be applied without prior notice and will be enforced for both new and existing users. Repeated violations may result in warnings, service suspension, or termination.

Proprietary Rights
The customer acknowledges that BlazeHosting holds and will continue to hold all legal rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to any and all intellectual property rights related to the Services, whether or not those rights are registered or recognized under applicable law, and regardless of jurisdiction. This includes, without limitation, all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and proprietary rights, whether now existing or created in the future. The customer agrees that nothing in this agreement grants any ownership rights or title to the Services, except for the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as specified herein.

Content License
The customer retains ownership of the copyright and all other rights they hold in content stored or distributed via the services provided by BlazesHosting. By using the services to store or distribute content, the customer grants BlazesHosting a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute said content. This license allows BlazesHosting to make the content available to other organizations, companies, or individuals with whom BlazesHosting has partnerships for the provision of syndicated services, and to use the content in connection with these services.

Additionally, the customer understands that in performing the required technical steps to deliver the services, BlazesHosting may:

a) Transmit or distribute content over various public networks and media.

b) Modify the content as necessary to comply with the technical requirements of connected networks, devices, services, or media.

By using the services, the customer agrees that BlazesHosting is authorized to take these actions. The customer confirms and warrants that they hold all necessary rights, power, and authority to grant this license.

Software & Service Updates
The software provided as part of the Services may be updated or modified periodically. These updates are intended to enhance the quality of the Services and address any issues. By using the Services, you consent to receiving such updates.

Compliance with Laws
The customer assumes full responsibility and accountability for all content stored, downloaded, or distributed through their Services. The customer affirms that they hold the legal rights to distribute and store all content on their Services, ensuring that such content complies with Canadian law, as well as the laws of their country or region of residence, and the laws governing the countries or regions where their Services are hosted.

Availability of Services
The customer acknowledges and agrees that services may be interrupted at any time, without prior notice, and for an unspecified duration. The customer further agrees that BlazesHosting shall not be held liable for any financial or other damages arising from such interruptions. In no event will BlazesHosting be responsible for damages, including but not limited to refunds, fees, lost profits, loss of income, or the cost of alternative services. Service interruptions shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability
BlazesHosting is not responsible for the protection or privacy of any content transmitted over the internet or through any other network provider or service utilized by the customer. Customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with transmitting content online.
